My room has a wonderful view of the river. Easy access both to Main Street shops and the Ice House Museum. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was impeccably clean. The bed was quite comfortable.

This is probably the best Hampton Inn we have stayed at over the years. Corner room with balcony was amazing. Excellent location overlooking the river and walking distance to eateries.

I love the location of this hotel being right on the river with beautiful views and walking paths. It was also nice to be right next to downtown Cedar Falls with many cute shops and delicious food choices and fun bars. I would 10/10 recommend anyone to stay here and I will definitely stay again. The breakfast was delicious, the workout facility was clean, the room was spotless and comfortable.

Beautiful newer hotel. Very clean & was super comfortable. Great location with lots of stores & restaurants within walking distance. Good breakfast options. Easy lot parking. Shoutout to Kim who checked us in. Gave people rooms where they could see the N lights if around. Very kind and considerate.

Love the location next to a railroad bridge, since I was in the area to watch trains! Also very friendly staff. Love that I requested a room with a view of the bridge and they accommodated that!!

Great location, right next to Main St. You can walk to little shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops. UNI is just a short 5 min drive.

Hotel is in a great walkable spot for Cedar Falls. Room was quiet and clean with a nice view. Decent breakfast and professional staff.

Updated decor, clean and fresh rooms, ample towels in the bathroom, great location to explore the downtown area, and the river from our room was spectacular.
