I love the location of this hotel being right on the river with beautiful views and walking paths. It was also nice to be right next to downtown Cedar Falls with many cute shops and delicious food choices and fun bars. I would 10/10 recommend anyone to stay here and I will definitely stay again. The breakfast was delicious, the workout facility was clean, the room was spotless and comfortable.

Shoutout to Kim who checked us in. Gave people rooms where they could see the N lights if around. Very kind and considerate.

The breakfast was wonderful. We loved the swimming pool. We loved the location because it was in walking distance of the stores we wanted to see and shop at. Also our view was wonderful to see fireworks from.

Love the location next to a railroad bridge, since I was in the area to watch trains! Also very friendly staff. Love that I requested a room with a view of the bridge and they accommodated that!!
